Step 1: Register and attend a one-time, 6-hour Super Seminar session.

Step 2: Complete your Background Check online if you are an adult volunteer (age 18+).

For underage volunteers (age 13-17), please forward the below two (2) reference forms to the respective party in lieu of the Background Check:
1) Non-Relative Reference Form
2) Church Pastors Reference Form

Step 3: Sign-up for a Live/Scan Fingerprint Appointment. Please contact your Team Leader for a pre-paid code.

Step 4: Read, Watch and Sign a Worker's Compliance Agreement online.

Step 5: Your Team Lader will conduct a Personal Interview & ID Check prior to serving (This form is to be completed by the Team Leader, not the new volunteer team member).

According to the California Department of Education, the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) provides funding for afterschool and summer school enrichment programs for TK through 6th grade. What does this mean to our after-school GNC/JYC clubs? How will this impact our Facility Permit Rquest Applications from the school districts? More information will be shared during the upcoming TB&T in your area.
