Redeem The Time!

Ephesians 5:16 ...making the best use of the time, because the days are evil.

As we enter a New Year, we are reminded that each of us is given 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a week, 8,760 hours in a calendar year. Sounds like a lot, yet have you noticed how time flies these days? When children are young, we feel like they have all the time in the world. But that is only an illussion. Time is precious. It cannot be recaptured once lost.

Do you value the faith of a young child even more than your own? Do you know any child who strayed away from faith? Are you worried about children being influenced by the craziness of today's world? Know that Jesus cares very much for these young lives. "So it is not the will of my Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish." - Matthew 18:14 ESV

Last Christmas, CEF launched a new Christmas Party Club (CPC) lesson Immanual: God With Us! Principal Ms. Jennifer Campbell graciously invited our team to host a Christmas Party Club at the Eagles Nest Pre-School. As of this month, a Good News Club is taking place every Thursday at her pre-school. What a blessing it is that 20+ of these 2-4 year olds now can hear the Word of God every week!

If you’ve been convicted today to value children and their faith more, we encourage you to get involved with CEF's year-round ministry. Don't wait. Redeem the time that God has entrusted to you and make the most of it according to His good pleasure. Seize the day!
