What is JYou Connection(JYC)?

When pre-teens age out of Good News Club (GNC), we want them to continue growing in their walk with Christ, being involved in local churches and developing a missionary vision.

JYC is where young teens develop a deeper understanding of the Bible and their relationship with Jesus. It provides an opportunity for them to hear the Gospel, grow in their Christian walk, and learn the importance of missions and Christian service by getting involved in serving others.

At JYC, You will ...

  • Discuss and learn the truth about things that really matter and that are everlasting like hope, faith, salvation, joy, love, courage and more
  • Learn more about Jesus Christ and His awesome Father in Heaven
  • Partcipate in actvities that will feed your faith
  • Build genuine friendships
  • Enjoy and share meaningful music
  • Have crazy fun during game time

How often does JYC Meet?

JYC meets once a week for at least one hour at the local middle school or online.

Who attends JYC?

JYC is easily accessed by students and attended by junior high students who already know each other and can learn together as they grow in their faith.

What is the purpose of JYC?

Child Evangelism Fellowship is serious about discipleship.

In JYou Connection (JYC), the students will start to learn how to teach God's Word alongside their Bible teachers. Teaching Biblical truth can help children develop a committed walk with Jesus Christ, offer real life solutions backed by the power of God’s Word, improve attitudes and behavior at home and at school, offer the moral foundation needed to combat the pressures of living in today’s world and provide hope for hurting kids.

JYC intends to inspire these young teens to participate in our young adult training program Christian Youth In Action(CYIA) once they attend high school.
