100% participation from ALL GNC Team Members is desired.
Trainings for Good News Club Team Members
Team Building & Training (TB&T) is mandatory for all team members. These sessions are designed to equip us to serve effectively and to keep both our teams and the children safe. Untrained workers create unnecessary risk, and we simply cannot afford that.
Every team member is to attend the training catered to their area; if alternative arrangements need to be made, please coordinate with your Team Leader and the chapter director a different location/date. There are only 4 sessions over a six-month span left, it’s important to plan ahead and mark your calendars now.

Trainings for Junior Youth Challenge (JYC) Team Members
1. Create a cefcmi.com account
2. Go to cefcmi.com to “Jump Start Training” for JYC
3. Complete 8 lessons [Estimated Time of Completion: 1 Hour], complete the Quiz, send your Certificate of Completion to Chapter Admin via email to: [email protected]
4. Schedule an appointment with Chapter Admin to zoom with Director for further discussion on policy and procedures, classroom management, etc. (Zoom Meeting Duration: 2 hours)
The above must be completed prior to starting club in order to qualify as a volunteer on the JYC Team.
