If you have a passion to serve Jesus Christ and children in your community, then we have a place for you!

Happy child

We never get our vision off of the children, and we are some of the few people that quietly labor to build the fence when there's lots of people building the clinic.

We will train you and equip you with everything you need. There is a mission field right in your backyard and on the schoolyards in your local elementary and middle schools, and we want to equip you with the skills and resources to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the children and families in your community.

Ready to Volunteer with CEF Ministry?

If God is speaking to you and leading you to partner with us in this ministry, here is how to get started:

Step 1: Read & sign a Worker's Compliance Agreement

Step 2: Follow the Volunteer Application & Screening Instructions and complete the required Background Check online.

[Screening on applicants are required for all volunteers involving CEF Ministries. The process is to help CEF provide a safe and secure environment for children and adults alike. The cost is $5.00 per applicant.]

Step 3: Register and attend a one-time, 6-hour Super Seminar session.

Step 4: Effective January 1st, 2022 California AB506 requires all volunteers and employees of who interact with children to be fingerprinted. Contact your team leader today to receive a FREE Payment Code.

The State Office will continue paying for all of the fingerprinting up to October 31st. As of November 1st, each volunteer will be responsible for his/her own fingerprinting cost going forward.

Step 5: Your Team Lader will conduct a Personal Interview & ID Check at your club's orientation meeting prior to serving (This form is to be completed by the Team Leader, not the new volunteer team member).

Additional Notes

For existing volunteer, background check rescreening is required once Every Five (5) Years. If you have been inactive for one full calendar year, please follow the new volunteer screening procedures.
