GUEST SPEAKER: Dr. Scott Julian is the State Director of Child Evangelism Fellowship of Southern California, a role he has faithfully served in since 2017. He brings more than 30 years of ministry and pastoral experience, including 22 years serving in California. In addition to his leadership with CEF, Scott serves as Pastor of West Hills Church and holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from The Master’s Seminary. He and his wife, Jenny, are blessed with three adult children. Dr. Julian’s passion for reaching children with the Gospel and equipping leaders helps guide CEF’s mission across Southern California
