Emergency Procedures for Zoom Platform

In case you notice an emergency or violent situation:

1.) Turn off the participant video and mute them.

2.) Alert the HOST(main tech person) to make a quick announcement and

4.) CALL 911 and report the issue

5.) As soon as you have dealt with the situation, call Edeliza at (562) 810-5342 immediately and if necessary, leave a message.

6.) Document the incident by filling out an incident report form

If you suspect a child is being abused:

You are obligated to report to CEF office IMMEDIATELY

1.) Remember you are not a social worker; DO NOT try to handle this by yourself.

2.) Report to LA County Child Protection HOTLINE 1-800-540-4000

After GNC, Call Edeliza (562) 810-5342 immediately and if necessary, leave a message.
