Are you the last person of the day? Thank you for your hard work and faithful service!

All the individual Story Teller Tally Sheets of the day are to be totaled. There are two booklets in the A2 and B2 drawers respectively: Story Teller #1 Tally Sheets and Story Teller #2 Tally Sheets. The sum # needs to be recorded on the END OF DAY - DAILY STAT SUMMARY REPORT and submitted on the below online form.

Before submission, please DOUBLE CHECK the math to ensure CORRECT stats are reported.

VERY IMPORTANT!!! Please be sure NOT to remove any of the tally sheets or the day's stat report sheet from the booth! Thank you!
